Returns & Exchanges

Here at Fit Right Medical Scrubs we offer a 30-day change of mind return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items are not in the same condition.

Please note we do not accept returns on all sale items and accessories including face masks, scrub caps, compression socks & tote bags.

We are unable to accept returns on permanently marked down sale items or embroidered items.

Returned items that meet the return conditions will be eligible for either an EXCHANGE, ONLINE CREDIT or REFUND.

Refunds are issued using the original method of payment only. Any discount issued at the time of purchase will be reflected in the refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

At this stage we are unable to cover the cost of return postage for incorrect size or change of mind.

Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. To request a return/exchange (excluding sale & embroidery items), simply CLICK HERE.
  1. Please have your order number and email/phone number handy.
  1. Please ensure that you select all items you wish to return/exchange as our system is only able to accommodate 1 return per order.
  1. Upon completion, you will be sent a confirmation email. This email will show you a summary of the items you have chosen to return. Please ensure you check that all items have been included.
  1. From there, our team will approve/reject your request. You will receive a follow up email with instructions on where and how to post your return back to us.
  1. When preparing to return your parcel please ensure you include a copy of the email confirmation or your original tax invoice, so that our team is able to identify your order.
  1. Once your parcel arrives back and our team have processed your request, you will receive an email notification. Please allow 5-7 business days for all return parcels to be processed.
