Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase

Returned items must be in its original condition/packaging, unworn and unwashed

Returned items that meet the return conditions will be eligible for either an EXCHANGE, ONLINE CREDIT or REFUND

Refunds are issued using the original method of payment only. Any discount issued at the time of purchase will be reflected in the refund. Shipping costs are not refunded

At this stage we are unable to cover the cost of return postage for incorrect size or change of mind

How to Return

 Returning is quick and easy! Simply, follow the steps below:

  1. Print a copy of the Returns Form

  2. Follow the prompts to complete the form. You will need your order number, name on the order and name of the items you're returning.

  3. If returning multiple orders, please use a separate Returns Form for each order. 

  4. Include the completed returns form on the inside of your package.

  5. Organise the shipment of your return using the postal service of your choice.

  6. Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will take 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
